I was unable to create an account or schedule a demo with the team, since I am not actually using the software to hire and manage employees.
From the experiences shared in other reviews, it’s clear that the job posting and candidate sourcing is intuitive and easy.
AI automations make it possible to automatically create a candidate shortlist and collect pertinent details.
Universal Search and Candidate Database
Ceipal offers Global Search Indexes and collects information from all modules of the ATS. With global search, you can filter through data and find exactly what you’re looking for without needing to switch between modules.
Everything is organized by color so that it is easy to find what you’re looking for by category. The global search links to all results from every module so with a single click, you are redirected to a candidate profile, the client’s contact information, or the job posting.
You can even use the search to find archived data of past placements.
Resume Management and Screening
Ceipal makes it easy to parse large volumes of resumes and automatically create corresponding applicant profiles.
You can upload or copy and paste data to create the profiles or parse any resume with plugins for Windows, Chrome, and Office 365.
You can also import resumes from Google Cloud, Dropbox and OneDrive. Profiles automatically update without creating duplicates to help streamline your process and keep your database clean.
Applicant Tracking and Candidate Management
Ceipal integrates with over 50 job boards and VMS portals for free. With AI driven passive candidate sourcing you can increase your talent pool and receive ai-powered recommendations for your job requirements.
The platform automatically gathers hundreds of job resumes for your openings making it easier for you to find the right placement fast.

User Interface and User Experience
I wasn’t able to personally demo the software so I could not see the user interface and properly evaluate the user experience.
There’s a mixed bag of answers across customer reviews. Many say that it is easy to use and understand, but lacks premium features found in competing products.
Since Ciepal provides ATS services at a fraction of the cost of its competitors, it’s reasonable to see why many of these premium features may be lacking in the platform.
While there are plenty of people who maintain the platform is easy to use and has an overall great user experience, there are other reviews that state the interface is clunky and it’s impossible to fully understand how to utilize all of the available features to the greatest extent possible.
