Experience
Lucinda has spent the last 15 years working from home as a freelance writer and WordPress designer, and throughout her career, she has worked directly with several digital marketing agencies with clients in the SaaS space, ranging from e-commerce platforms to procurement software. Her small business ownership has led to the use of and experimentation with multiple types of SaaS solutions for her own needs.
In her personal life, Lucinda is a board member for the Asheville Cat Weirdos Emergency Fund, a 100% volunteer and donation-based non-profit dedicated to pet retention, based in her hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. She uses her tech knowledge and expertise to ensure the organization runs smoothly. She spends her free time with her friends, family, cats, and a good audiobook.
Education
Besides her Interactive Media Design degree, Lucinda has received multiple digital marketing and search engine optimization certifications from HubSpot Academy. She completed a Women in Entrepreneurship program in partnership with Cornell University and seeks to stay abreast of the latest trends in SaaS software and online marketing.
