Each campaign comes with its own cost, offering flexibility based on the user’s desired reach and budget.
• Job Boards Connect: This integration enables you to receive applications from job boards directly within the Manatal platform. When applicants apply through a job board, their profiles are automatically auto-populated to the relevant job in your Manatal account. This saves a lot more time in the long run for candidate management. 

You also get a Careers page option. You can customize the page to showcase your company culture, values, and job openings in one place.

• Import a JSON or CSV File: Manatal’s import feature comes in pretty handy for those who love to keep things organized. Whether it’s a JSON or CSV file, you can effortlessly bring in candidate data, and let the software arrange it for you.

Manatal also uses a third-party integration called the People-Match extension. This Chrome extension makes candidate sourcing even easier if you’re focused on LinkedIn as a platform.

Universal Search and Candidate Database

The platform allows you to search for candidates, jobs, emails, or clients by typing in relevant keywords directly into the search bar.

You don’t get a separate search results page, but you can view the results as a neat and organized drop-down menu right under the search bar.

The plus side of this is it allows you to quickly access the information you need without navigating through multiple pages or tabs. 

However, it’s important to note that Manatal’s universal search does have its limitations. For instance, it won’t directly search for specific keywords within attached documents, such as resumes or CVs. 

Manatal’s candidate database is your centralized talent hub, providing you with a complete overview of all your potential candidates.

In one glance, you can see the major candidate information, such as their name, location, current position, and notice period.

Manatal also understands that every recruiter has their own unique preferences and needs when it comes to organizing candidates.

You’re given the option to create folders within the candidate database so you can categorize them according to roles, projects, or any other criteria that suit your workflow.

Additionally, the candidate database has its own advanced search options and powerful criteria filters to help you pinpoint the ideal candidate for any given position.

You can filter candidates based on various factors, including location, experience, and past employers.

If you want to get even more precise with your searches, you can use the boolean search function. By using Boolean operators like “AND,” “OR,” and “NOT,” you can fine-tune your search queries and get incredibly accurate candidate results.

Resume Management and Screening

Manatal provides basic resume viewing options that does leave a bit more to be desired. You can easily view and access resumes within the platform.

The viewing options are straightforward, showcasing uploaded resumes as internal embeds. You also get the option to download and repair resume files which maintain the document’s integrity.

There is room for improvement with the parsing feature. There wasn’t successful auto-population of the PDF or doc-based resumes, leading to more time spent manually inputting that same info into the candidate profiles. 

Currently, Manatal doesn’t offer options for automating candidate screening when posting a job or afterward.

This means that manual screening is required, which might be time-consuming for recruiters handling numerous applications. 

One highlight Manatal does offer is the ability to create custom resume templates from the administration settings.

This feature empowers you to tailor templates to your specific brand and recruitment needs.

Applicant Tracking and Candidate Management

When it comes to tracking and managing candidates, Manatal has got you covered.  While the features may be described as basic, they provide a solid foundation for streamlining your recruitment process.

You can also use filters to showcase the exact information you’re looking, for example by the specific stage in the process. 

Manatal also recognizes the recruitment process involves various tasks and interactions, and that’s where the Activities section comes in.

This feature allows you to create and schedule activities such as calls, meetings, tasks, emails, and interviews.

With everything neatly laid out in one place, you can efficiently manage your candidate communication and never miss out on scheduled interactions again.

Finally, the Placements section is the platform’s Employee Management System. It simplifies the process of keeping track of hired or placed candidates.

Within Placements, you can add starting dates, probation periods, and end of employment dates to the candidate profiles you hired.
