Guardian HR forms library

The Forms Library provides users with access to over 6,000 highly customizable HR documents, covering a wide range of needs and scenarios.

Guardian HR form comprehensive library

The best part is clients can enjoy 24/7 unlimited access to the forms library, allowing them to download and utilize documents as needed, without any restrictions. Each document is highly customizable, enabling businesses to tailor them to their specific requirements and branding guidelines.

In addition to the extensive document library, Guardian HR offers ongoing support and guidance from HR managers. Clients can reach out to their dedicated HR manager for assistance with any document-related queries or guidance on best practices.

While this support is 100% remote-based, Guardian HR also offers on-site consulting services at an additional cost outside of their regular packages. So if you’re keen on having on-site sexual harassment prevention training and HR investigations provided for your team, you can opt for these at an extra cost.

Another bonus is that Guardian HR also offers a public forms and policies archive online. This resource allows businesses to access additional information about various HR documents, including their purpose, usage, and any necessary instructions.

Furthermore, Guardian HR features a different document from their Forms Library each week, providing valuable insights and updates to ensure clients stay informed and compliant with the latest HR regulations and best practices.

HR Audit

Guardian HR offers a comprehensive Audit feature as part of its services, aimed at assisting businesses in ensuring compliance with HR regulations and mitigating potential risks.

Guardian HR audit

The HR Audit service is conducted annually, making it ideal for businesses without an existing handbook or those who are just starting out.

By conducting regular audits, Guardian HR helps businesses stay proactive in their compliance efforts, ensuring that they remain up-to-date with the latest regulations and requirements.

They make sure you feel you’re not alone in navigating the audit process. Your dedicated HR Consultant will expertly guide you through the audit, helping you identify and resolve any issues that may arise along the way.

This personalized support ensures that you have the guidance you need to effectively address any HR concerns.

The HR Audit service is particularly valuable for businesses as it helps with the classification of employees, a critical aspect of HR compliance.

By accurately classifying employees, businesses can avoid potential penalty fees that could amount to thousands of dollars. Best of all, there are no additional costs associated with the HR Audit service, making it a cost-effective solution for businesses of all sizes.

The good news is that getting started with Guardian HR’s Audit feature is quick and straightforward. Onboarding typically takes no more than a day, and Guardian HR offers transparent pricing with clear service agreements.

This streamlined onboarding process ensures that businesses can quickly access the benefits of the Audit feature without any hassle.

To help businesses identify their need for an audit, Guardian HR also provides a mini-audit questionnaire.

If you answer ‘no’ to any of the questions above, it indicates potential areas of risk in your HR functions, highlighting the necessity of an audit to address these issues proactively.

Employee Handbook

Guardian HR’s Employee Handbook product ensures your organization faces the challenges of HR compliance head on, with a customized employee handbook that reduces risk and drives a culture of clarity and accountability throughout your organization.

Guardain HR’s team of dedicated experts manually review each employee handbook to ensure compliance with today’s employment laws and regulations.

Backed by employment attorneys, this review reduces risk and identifies any omitted components that might expose your organization as a target for non-compliance.

The handbook development process begins with an online questionnaire completed by the client. This questionnaire helps Guardian HR’s staff identify which employment laws and regulations apply to your organization.

Clients can also upload their existing handbook (as a Word Document) for reference and review.

Guardian HR employee handbook

After receipt of the required materials, the handbook team springs into action, drafting your customized employee handbook.

Backed by a team of employment law attorneys, Guardian HR ensures your handbook is thorough, up-to-date, and specific to your organization’s needs. Average development time for this process is approximately 8-10 weeks.

Following the initial draft, you can review the completed draft of the employee handbook and either accept or reject the recommendations made by the handbook review team.

The interactive revisions ensure Guardian HR’s clients are comfortable with the content, tone, and overall compliance of the final product before finalization.

Finally, there is a finalization call followed by a copy of the finalized handbook with their assigned HR Manager. During the call, any questions or clarifications regarding the handbook can be addressed ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are fully met.

After the handbook has been finalized, the client is provided a completed handbook as a Word Document for use within the organization.

This thorough and detailed document becomes a valuable resource for employees, management, and leadership identifying policies, procedures, expectations, and much more in accordance with applicable law and modern business practice.

Employee Handbook creations and revisions are available in the Plus and Premium plans.
