You can customize invoices by changing the header bars, adding an image at the top and bottom, and adding notes. You also have a choice of templates. With a paid account, you can access industry-specific invoice templates, including invoices for:

But there is no automated invoicing feature for recurring or incremental invoices.

Invoice Simple’s in-app receipt scanner allows you to scan receipts to capture and save key information.

This can help you simplify tax prep by downloading all expenses directly from the app.

Multi-Currency Support

Invoice Simple allows you to choose from 25 currencies. Invoice Simple does not convert currencies automatically, the price must be entered after the currency is chosen.

Invoice Simple is an easy to use invoicing solution that offers several tools to automate the invoice creation process. Once clients are entered in the backend, you can enter inventory or services as templates that can be recalled when creating an invoice. For creating invoices that are frequently the same because you are doing repeat business, this is an excellent feature.

Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with Invoice Simple. I haven’t needed to contact their Support team yet, which is a very good thing, because I’ve had no reason to!
