Bookeo offers four pricing options for its appointment booking software. All plans come with a 30-day free trial.
There does not seem to be an annual billing option to help you save money.
This plan is perfect for solopreneurs who don’t need many bookings.

Appointment Workflow Automation
Bookeo makes it easy for your customers to book appointments for the services you set up.
The system lets a business choose if they want to:
- assign bookings to the next person automatically
- let customers select a staff member and/or the first available
But you can assign staff to specific services or locations. You do have the option to review appointments manually or to allow them to be scheduled automatically.
You also have the option to allow customers and/or staff to book recurring appointments if it makes sense for your business model.
With Bookeo, there are plenty of customization options. In the settings, it’s easy to leave yourself gaps between appointments, if desired.
You set this up in the Settings, under Time Settings, on the Booking Limits tab. From there, you’ll see a section that says “Gap.”
By default, the option is “Do not leave any gap between appointments. Other options include:
- Leave a gap of 10 minutes between appointments
- Leave a gap of 15 minutes between appointments
- Leave a gap of 30 minutes between appointments
- Leave a gap of 1 hour between appointments
- Leave a gap of 1 hour and 30 minutes between appointments
- Leave a gap of 2 hours between appointments
- Other… (where you’re allowed to set a custom gap)
You can also customize the colors of your Bookeo form to fit your brand for a more cohesive look.
Do this by navigating to Settings > Colors and Styles.
You can use a predefined theme:
- Blue on White

- Green on White
- Red on Black

- Orange on Gray
- Grey on White

Alternatively, you can set your own palette using HTML HEX codes for each element.

Calendar Management Features
You can set up your own booking rules to create a customized reservation experience.
You can allow them to choose the person they want to work with and only show them available slots, rather than the entire schedule.
It’s possible to set up one-click appointment reservations and reschedule for you and your clients. Real-time pricing calculations reflect specials, vouchers, and promo codes so you don’t have to keep up with all of that manually.
You can color code your services so you can quickly see at a glance what customers are booking. Set your business hours with a specific schedule for your staffers and customize appointment lengths.
You can even set hours when specific services are available.
Automated Reminders and Notifications
Bookeo sends automatic booking confirmation emails to your clients. You can also set it up to automatically remind clients of their booked appointments either by email or SMS text message.
Your staff also receives automatic email and SMS text message notations whenever new appointments are booked, rescheduled, or canceled.
Client Management and Communication
Bookeo has a client database that makes it easy to see all of their current contact information, appointment booking history, and health condition information so you can provide individualized attention to each of them.
It will pull your client’s Facebook photo if their email address is associated with an account. You also have the option to upload your own photo to a client record.
You can group your clients into custom categories based on your business needs, such as seniors or students. You can get the information you need at the time of booking, such as health background or preferences.
You can communicate with customers via email or text message from within the platform, and if you need to, you can call the client with the phone number they provide at booking.
User Interface and User Experience
The user interface is fairly simple, but does take a bit of getting used to in terms of finding certain things.
It took me a minute to find how to set the gaps between appointment times, because I didn’t find it all that intuitive.

Bookeo integrates with a ton of other platforms and tools, including payment gateways, website builders, ecommerce solutions, online calendars, social media channels, accounting software, and more.

The time difference made it hard for me to test them directly. Some reviews tout strong customer service, but older reviews indicate issues.
Because of this, I’m willing to say the company heard the feedback and made adjustments to improve.

Bookeo also offers separate products for those who offer classes and courses – either private or group, with their classes and courses product.
In addition, they offer Bookeo tours and activities, which is great for guided tours, charters, escape rooms, and more.
Pricing for these products is a bit different compared to the standard appointment booking product.
You’ll pay anywhere from $39.95 to $119.95 monthly, depending on how many teachers or guides you have and the number of bookings you want every month.

SMB Guide’s Verdict for Bookeo
I am giving this one an 8 out of 10. The reason I don’t score it higher is because if you have a large staff of 40 people and only 2,000 bookings a month, that means each staffer can only get an average of five bookings per month.
Depending on the business model and nature of the services, this may not be enough to support you. Combine this with the slightly clunky interface, and it’s clear there are better options on the market.
