MyCorporation helps people start LLC, corporations, and professional LLCs (meant for professionals like accountants and lawyers).

You can register a new corporation or LLC with relative ease. While many companies focus on creating either C-Corp or S-Corp entities, you can also use MyCorporation to create a B-Corp.

Processing Time

Processing times for setting up an LLC or Corporation can vary greatly because it depends on the specific requirements and processing speed for every state’s Secretary of State office.

But, the estimated processing time for an application with MyCorporation is around 14 days.

This does not, however, include the time it will take for your state to process documents, which can slow down the overall process.

Registered Agent Services and Costs

MyCorporation offers registered agent services for $120 per year. You can purchase this separately if you choose to purchase the basic or standard plans.

It is included with the other plans. Regardless of whether it is purchased as part of your plan or as a separate add-on, it will automatically renew every year.

Name Availability Search

MyCorporation offers a business name search, but you must pay $5 for it. The search is free if you decide to use the service to incorporate.

Online Document Access

You’ll get access to a dashboard once you fill out the form and pay your fees to process the application.

Once your application is processed, your documents will be available in that portal.

Money-Back Guarantees

According to the Terms and Conditions, all refund requests must be made within 60 days of issuance of services.

They cannot make refund requests after 60 days. They will not issue any refunds except for state filing fees for orders placed on hold by customers longer than three months from the original order date.

MyCorporation offers live chat customer support. If live chat is not available, you can leave a message with your name, email address, message, and phone number.

You can also reach them via toll-free number. The live chat was closed when I tried to reach them during standard business hours.
