Automated Invoicing
Invoiced automates the billing process for you. When an invoice is generated, the system automatically sends letters, emails, and notifications about payments.
You can customize emails using base templates. With the enterprise plan, you can also customize your invoices and statements.
Expense Tracking
Invoiced offers real-time reports spanning the invoice-to-cash lifecycle, collection forecasting, and multi-entity reporting.
Use pre-built reports or create custom reports with the advanced reporting add-on feature.
Using the optional advanced reporting features, users can create and save unlimited custom reports and write custom queries to meet specific needs.
Multi-Currency Support
All foreign currencies are supported, and transactions are converted to the currency you set for MRR reporting.
User Interface and User Experience
Customers report that the Invoiced customer dashboard is clean and easy to use, with clear navigation.
Invoices are auto-filled, and you can write custom text and include the customer’s name using a code snippet. Functions can be accessed via desktop or mobile device using the Invoiced app, which is available in the Apple Store and on Google Play.
Integrations and Compatibility
Invoiced integrates with several popular AR and ERP systems, and with Slack, Salesforce, Stitch, and several other collaborations and CRM apps.
Your team can also create custom integrations with any accounting, CRM, ordering, business intelligence, and other programs using their API.
Customer Support
Invoiced customer support options include phone support during business hours (9-5 CST, Monday through Friday) for premium customers only and by email for everyone else.
Customers complain that service is slow for lower-tier plans, and there is no option for live communication.
Invoiced — Unique Features
The Invoiced customer portal provides a self-service option. Customers can log in to make payments, check status, and more. Payments and deposits are processed quickly and efficiently.
In addition to collecting online payments, Invoiced allows you to set up subscription billing for recurring payments collected via credit cards or direct debit, or you can integrate an existing payment platform such as Paypal.
You also have the option of allowing installment payment plans for large purchases.
Another useful feature is Cash Collection Forecasting. AI-driven analysis collects data from invoices, autopay, payment plans, promises-to-pay, and customer payment history and delivers highly accurate forecasting on when payments will be received.
What the Experts Say About Invoiced
- Capterra rating: 4.7/5 (141 reviews)
- G2 rating: 4.6/5 (375 reviews)
- Google Play: 4.9/5 (130k reviews)
It’s very easy to keep track of overdue payments. It’s very customizable. The site has a clean feel, and it’s pleasant to look at (and when you crunch numbers all day, they may as well be nice to look at). I’ve only ever experienced one glitch that was easy to fix, which is amazing for a software company. Their customer service is also great and very helpful.
Emily S., Customer Success Manager – Verified Capterra review
I do not use the program as much as my colleagues but overall we are all satisfied with this product. Even though we’ve had some issues over the past year while using it, we have managed to solve the problems and continue to enjoy using Invoiced.
