I’m giving this one a 7.5 out of 10 because of the amount of information I had to provide to get pricing information, the fact that there’s no free filing plan, and virtual mailboxes are limited to three states.
Overall, it’s not much different than the other services that offer the same thing for free, and faster. Its differentiator is the fact that it offers virtual mailboxes and online notary services – which haven’t been available with other business formation services.

Business Anywhere is a service platform that simplifies the process of company formation. They specialize in LLC and corporation business registration across all 50 U.S. states.
In addition to business formation, they also provide registered agents, virtual mailboxes, and online notary services.

Business Anywhere offers three pricing options, each with additional service offerings. Any of these are sufficient to get started with your business, but you will have more work to do with the basic plan.
I had to go through an entire onboarding process to get the pricing information, which was frustrating for me. I didn’t want to provide much information just to find out how much I would have to pay.
LLC Package One
This is the basic LLC package that includes the bare minimum services that Business Anywhere provides.

Business Anywhere makes it possible to file for an LLC or corporation in any of the 50 states. State filing fees vary.
You cannot use this service to form a nonprofit organization.
Processing Time
With the Level One package, you can expect up to two weeks for your business to be formed. You’ll need to pay for Level Two or Level Three if you want it filed within one to three business days.
State processing times vary, too, so it could take longer if there’s a queue in your state.
Registered Agent Services & Costs
Any package you purchase with Business Anywhere includes one year of free registered agent services to receive any legal or business documents on your behalf.
To purchase these services separately, you’ll pay $149/year to start.
Name Availability Search
There does not appear to be a name availability search tool available to the public. It seems the company will search for the name you apply with and let you know if there are issues with the availability.
Online Document Access
All of your business documents are delivered electronically and will be accessible in your account dashboard when they become available.
You’ll be able to print out any copies you may need.
Money-Back Guarantees
According to the Business Anywhere website terms, “All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your paid term.”
For notary services: “Notary will wait for five minutes. After which time, a no-show cancellation will be processed whereby 50% of your fee will be refunded to you. You must book your notary appointment within 10 days of purchase. If you do not book your appointment within 10 days, your appointment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. You can repurchase and reschedule another appointment on the platform.”
Customer Support
Support seems fairly limited – only to live chat and email. Several other reviews indicate slow customer service response, which I also experienced.
Live chat starts with an AI chatbot, which is not uncommon but takes a while to get a response from a real person.

Inc Authority is an LLC-only business formation service. Pricing information isn’t publicly listed, and you must speak with a customer service representative to get that information, but there is a free plan with just state filing fees.
The reason pricing isn’t available has to do with state filing fees varying depending on where you’re establishing your business.
