Real-Time Messaging & Canned Responses

The real-time messaging feature works fast, so a customer would never know you’re using another platform to process the messages back and forth.

Canned responses are known as Snippets in Snippets

You’ll find those in the Settings section of your dashboard. Spend a few minutes setting those up, and you’ll be able to insert them in messages with a few keystrokes.

I found the live chat AI and natural language processing to be quite impressive. The AI assist feature can generate a reply based on what the person says.

I found the user interface incredibly easy to navigate and understand. Once I signed up for my free trial, I was able to connect a messaging platform and get started right away.

It did take me a second to figure out where the canned responses were, but I found it pretty easily once I focused on settings. 

Even people without a technical background could easily use this – especially if someone on the team has already taken the time to configure the widgets and snippets.
